Seven Saplings Farm 

Seven Saplings Farm is beautifully situated among mountains, rolling hills, forests and dairy farms in Northern Vermont. Our 134 acre farm boasts over 8,000 maple trees and a growing apple orchard. Our “sugar woods” produce hundreds of thousands of gallons of maple sap that is made into delicious syrup. No herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers are used on or under the trees, nor are they even necessary. The forest lives and produces just fine, as God created it. The forest use is fully sustainable.  Trees over one hundred years old are still flowing with sap every tapping season.
